My elbows are killin me...I play alot of handball which I know is what caused my tennis elbow....I am wondering what can I do to remedy this problem...it has been so bad the past couple of days I cant lift. thanks alot .
 
Rest is number one, anti-inflamatories may relieve some of the discomfort, but if it isn't bothering you in day to day life, I wouldn't bother with them, try some ultra-light, ultra-high rep wrist curls as well......of course this isn't medical advice, so if really concerned, just go to the Dr.
 
Rest it. Ice w/in the first 24 hours, I beleive, and then heat. You can use anti-inflammatories as well, I believe. If it's just some minor tendinitis, just rest it and it'll go away.
 
Along with what was said already...

Joint supplements have done freakin' wonders for my joints ("tennis" elbow in my left too).

And Eat more quality food :)
 
isolated tricep exercises used to work with me, dont ask why or how. my physical therapist told me to do it and she is always right :garza:

I didn't let it get bad...it was fine..never really hurt..my right would hurt after a few hours of handball but not bad...then fine the next day...I just woke up saturday morning and the shit was killin me....
