I am 16 years old. I weigh 210 and can bench 215.. i would like to bench more and look better for my girlfriend. i would really like that ' cut ' look. but im afraid that the only way i can get the Cut look is steriods... does anyone know a good priced Oral Steriod with low side effects?


Is this a really bad idea? any comments or thoughts would really help. thank you
 
haha...i dont know which post was better: this one or your first one.

Check your diet, I'm sure that's the problem.

YES, it is...At your age try dialing in your diet and get some training experience first. Not only that but if she is ALREADY your gf, then what are you so worried about losing her for? You already have her...just keep treating her like shit and she will stick around...:D
 
jesus 16 NO WAY. wait about 7 years and by then you won't even remember this girlfriends name anyways. train natural you have a long way to go.

OKAY WO WO WO WO WO Back the ho train up a little..You want to do it for a girl ? My friend, don't do shit for them, seriously. if your going to do it at all then do it for yourself. Yes steroids do help build a better body BUT you also have to be dedicated, have a good diet and routine, there not magic. At 16 I think your still to young to consider any type of AAS. I would stick to the basics, hard training, diet and maybe some creatine, thats it. If you need any help I am more then willing to go through a routine to help you attain your goals

Fuck da hos kid....dont ever do anything for some one other than YOURSELF it makes life alot easier. And I agree with the others ur 16 geesh let ur body do what it can naturally.

Well my diet really sucks.... i drink about 8 glasses of 2% milk ... and 4 pop cans

my breakfest is ussally a bowl of cerial and lunch PB and J sandwhich... and a lot of snacking though out the day.....

i run 1.5 miles tues and 1 mile thursday... and the first monday of every month i run another mile i do 40 stright pushups every night
and i bench 120lbs 32 times before i take a shower (shhh i just dont like to mess around with the weights on my bench so i just do what i have on there 32 times)

im getting a membership to 24 hour fitness this weekend... and i am also willing do any workout rotines you think would be best. What i want is a over all aperance of being ripped... and i would like to bench 320 by the end of my 11th grade year (10th grade is ending in a week) i would want this more than anything. After i get deticated should i then think about steroids?


If you could come up with what i should eat i would do it... i will buy everything i need... the prob is i was never taught a good diet

Main Problem i think is
lot of snacking though out the day.....
Probably junk like chips, candy and other sweets.

Also what do you eat before you go take your run in the morning?

Defininetly the wrong attitude, you don't believe in yourself. How can you accomplish anything if you don't think you can do it.

BTW how tall are you that you weigh 210
 
im 5' 9'' i will post pictures soon, i dont look too bad

i run at like 1:15 so i eat breakfest and lunch... i pretty much just eat a bowl of sugar ... and a load of crap at lunch =/
 
you have come to the right place,I had a guy like you at 16 come into the gym, 6' 5" 130lbs wet! we placed him on a diet & training routine and he grew like a weed.by the age of 19 he had went to over 230lbs of muscle and bench pressing around 485.Stick around lots of good bros here like mustang are always willing to help!

Kid, if you are looking at cycling at 16 and you are in shitty shape... let me give it to you straighter than you can be told:

You are immature, ignorant, and lazy.

Those aren't good qualities, and I doubt that is the kind of person you want to be for the rest of your life.

Getting in shape is about gaining knowledge, discipline, and maturity.

You don't need to take steroids. You need to change who you are. Start by learning about diet and exercise. Improve yourself by applying that knowledge. Become a man by sticking to it when it gets tough.
