Please help me ladie!

Hello! my girl is 5.2 about 110 @ 12%, she looks great, she has done Var once and Winny twice in the past but has been off for a year.

She wants to get on again for the summer, put on a little more muscle and get a little more ripped.

There is no var around currently. But a little bird told me he has Terinabol. He said his girl did this before.

Have any of you ladies done OT before? Is it farley safe in comparison to Var? is it more effective? Do you recommend? What dosages would be good. We have access to 50x 10mgtabs.

The ladies will ask for her current diet, specifics

and current training before usually commenting on this... fyi .. help them out and post it up ;)
 
She eats a perfect fit diet 6 – 7 meals a day, cuts off carbs in the evening. How many grams of protein do you think is adequate for her a day while on? She has is to a science now and weighs her calories and all but she is not on anything. I told her she obviously can’t stick with the same calories she is now and expect the OT to make the difference.
She lost a lot of leg muscle after the baby, so she wants to put some muscle back on the legs, but does not want to go totally smooth during the process.
 
She gets at least 20 - 30 grams of protein a meal now. she said. and she is 115 not 110.

Her training split is chest & bi’s day 1, back & traps day 2, sholders & tri’s day 3, quads and hams day 4. rest 1 and start over
She does 20 to 25 mins of cardio each day except for leg day.
 
i.e. Perfect diet, all clean foods no cheats or no booze?

I meant like this, my apologies for the lack of clarification...

Meal 1
4 Egg white , 1 whole eggs
1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal

Meal 2
4 oz Grilled Chicken
3 oz potato

Meal 3
1 oz Almonds
3 oz Tuna

Meal 4 etc


Cals = 1300
Macros = Protein 40% Carbs 30% Fat 30%
things like that...

They usually always ask this, saving you the trouble...
 
I called her at work here is how she broke down a typical day! thanks again for your help.

Protein shake at 5:30 in morning before gym

Meal 1
5 white omlet, fat free cheese, 2 slice ham
½ multigrain English muffin

meal 2
whey protein shake (1 scoup) with water
½ cup oatmeat with ½ slice banana

meal 3
4.5 oz of chicken breast
½ sweat potato

meal 4
egg white omlet, fat free cheese

meal 5
1 chicken breast
steamed soy beans

I don't have any experiencer with this drug - so can't give advice, other than that I'd wait until you can find some winny or anavar. Var and winny are not hard to come by. From my research, they're way more common and easy to get than Turinabol.
 
also - if she's not going to compete, there's no reason to take a risk like that. Stick to what she knows is safe and works.

that is up above 10 millies. we are thinking about 5/day for 4-5 wks

I’d have to disagree with you about competing. We strive to be our personal best! We don’t need the gratification of being on a stage next to others and knowing we looked better then them. Hope that didn’t sound attitudy – just a true emotion.

My opinion iwon't change based on the dosage. I still say stick with what you know if she's not taking AAS for anything other than to look good.


I could be wrong, of course - but it's my gut instinct. I just don't know any women who have taken it, so there's no track record to go by. The women in that article were power lifters/shot putters. You do know what they look like, right? :D

If she decides to take it - do my a favor and post results/sides, etc...or PM me about it.
 
I am concerned too, thats why I am here asking for your help. there is taking educated risks and being plain dumb.

Is there a chance here for results, or is it just plain dumb in your opinion.

no - I understand wanting to look and feel your best. You understand that we run into a lot of people on this board who lack common sense, so always play it safe with advice. lol

I am truly interested in how it goes should she decide to take it - but please be careful. That's all I'm asking.
 
However, the women I know who have actually used this drug haven’t reported anything like that. In fact, most women I know who have used it experienced much more positive effects from than men, as very little of this compound is actually needed to produce results in women.

there is only positive info on the above threads - so you might PM one of the women about it to get more info. I'd be happy if you prove me wrong and show great results. ;)

Also - I'm really happy to see you doing research on this. Most people do the researdh AFTER they start taking things. :nerd:
 
I have to go to work - so will look into it again tonight for you.

You might make a round of the different forums (there are LOTS of bb forums to go through) and see what people have to say about it. MM, imo - is the best forum for AAS info and women.
 
TSO has it all covered. I don't know much about it - seems along the lines of primo to EQ as var to OT. There is also some info about some of the girls using OT on Irontrybe.com -- use the search function on the Strong Chick boards. As w/ any other AAS, I'd start at a low dose, know what the 'show itself' time is and then inch up slowly in dose after that period of time so you know there are no adverse effects immediately.

I haven't heard anything bad about it frankly - again assuming all parts of the regimen are tight and consistent already.
 
We have decided to go for it. I will post results.

The problem is we decided to start her at 5 mg's and they are not pills they are caps. I am going to have to open them split in half and recap! -- but I dont want her starting on 10mgs a day.. maybe after 2 weeks let her go up to 10 a day.

Results are in for the OT. My girl looks AMAZING! everyone is asking her if she is competing but she is not. She was actually 113 when she started the OT now she is 221 and totally ripped (but still Hot)
She did 5mgs a day for 10 days then up to 10mgs for 20 days then back down to 5mgs for the last ten days.
No sides at all.
 
Glad she got what she was looking for - she sounds pretty lean anyway. If she got no sides just curious why you stuck w/ a 40 day cycle? At low dose and watching sides women can run cycles for much longer than men can - typical cycle is 10-12 weeks.
