please help me estimating my bf %

Guy I'm 27 years old , 5,6 and weight 70 kilos, Idk if I should lower my bf to start a cycle of anavar and test for cutting, what would be the best method to measure my bf? I don't look fat at all , but I want to do things right, so please link me the instructions on how to calculate my bf percentage thank you.
