blueyedkowgrl, here are some of the foods you might want to consider using tuna, pork chops, chicken, whole eggs, hot dogs, hamburger, bacon , I'm sure I missed some so if Mr. x can think of anymore I'm sure he will reply btw make sure you use mayo in your tuna & I like using a little ranch dressing on my chicken! also flax oil is excellent source of efa's along with peanut butter but make sure its natural. Hope that helps
