please help explain carb sources

Ok guys, I know about Gi index and all that good stuff, but need a little quidance. Fructose has alow GI and is therefore a preferred carb source. Glucose polymers have a high GI correct? Good mrp sources include brown rice complex and oat fiber correct such as in cytoplex correct?
 
Calm down... eat wheat bread not white, eat brown rice not white... you will be fine. Forget the GI thing.
