Please help. delayed PCT

Im just wondering if its too late to do HCG? I did a cycle of sust 250 last jan to march and was told i didnt need a pct. fast forward 6 or 7 months dealing with shitty symptoms thinking it will improve (and maybe it is just not noticably) Im wanting to do deca/dbol in jan (this time for sure with a great PCT) but i want my nuts full size again, can i do HCG to get back to my natural test levels? Im assuming they just need a kick start and theyll be good after im done with the HCG correct?
