Please Help a Newbie!!!

Cycle is all wrong.

:)

First off, if you get a single ester test, it will be easier on your glutes.

I would run Test enanthate:

400-500mg a week for 8 weeks
Propionate: 100-150mg EOD for 3 weeks (w9-11)
Optional: Dbol 20-25mg ED the first 4 weeks.

Get some liquidex: run it .5mg ED or 1mg E3D
Get some Nolvadex, in case the liquidex is not enough.

Run 0.5mg of liquidex EOD with the clomid therapy.

Start clomid therapy 3 days after last shot of prop, Start clen right after:

big Andy is right up there...i ran test at 250 per week hardly any gains only until i increased it to 500 did things really take off plus test ethenate is painless which is not so much of a turn off for a first cycle..keeping the levels constant shoot mon & thurs at 250 each!

I really want to bulk up (or HULK up in that case) if I run with 500mg sust is Clomid really needed and if so when should I take it????
 
Is test enanthate good to run @ 500 mg w/ 500 mg deca per week? I ask because I really don't wanna run sustanon again, due to the ridiculous pain (although it does taper off slowly at the end of the cycle). If not enanth, if someone could suggest a good test, I'd appreciate it. Thx.

Test ethenate is basically painfree.I can train that area the next day with no problems whatsoever!!!!

Enathate, for those who have problems with prop (thank God I don't...its so cheap), should be the next choice. Only one ester to deal with, no pain, and its cheap. I would go with 500 mg of enathate a week. Seriously though, 6'2" at 180 is abit light for a serious trainer. What does your diet look like?
 
Enanthate is great. On 1.5g/wk now, great gains so far, no site pain...Always been a fan of single esters, but a little sust is good every now and then.
