Please Help a Newbie!!!

Hello I'm a newbie.
25 years old
6 foot 2 180lbs
I have a lean build not sure BF% but I'm farely cut.
After researching first cycles I have decided to go a little conservative.
Week sust
1 500mg
2 250mg
3 250mg
4 250mg
5 250mg
6 250mg
7 250mg
8 250mg
9 ---------------------
10 Clomid 100mg every day
11 Clomid 50mg every day
12 Clomid 50mg every day

How does this sound?
What should I expect to gain/keep?
What should my diet be?
Please help a newbie. You guys are a wealth of knowledge and we newbies really apreciate any help you offer.
 
Cycle looks ok but I wouldnt start your post cycle until 3 weeks after your last shot of sust because it'll still be active at 2 weeks after. Opinions vary on here but I dont think youll need anti e's on 250mg of sust but dont quote me on that. Post cycle I would use HCG thats what I was told to use and am using, but like I said before not sure if you would need it on a low dose like that. Im on 500mg sust p/w and 200mg deca p/w and was told I would need them.
 
It looks solid to me for a first cycle. You probably won't need any antie's with only 250mg weekly, but have something on hand just in case. I agree not to start clomid until 3 weeks after last sust inject.

your diet should reflect your goal, which i hope is to gain mass. lots of protein (250g +), 5000+ calories a day, low fat, spread out over 6-8 meals.

Everyone does it different.

No one can tell you what your gains are gonna be, it depends on how hard and serious you train, eat, and sleep.

I don't think 10-15lbs gain is out of the question if you work hard. I know others that have experienced much more than that. Genetics has something to do with it. You mentioned that you are cut up... is that natural?

Seriously though, it looks good for a virgin. Drink at least a gallon of water a day and TRY to eat about 400 grams of protein a day. This may be tough but don't go under 250 grams a day.


And if you didn't already get the clomid, you may want to investigate other means of post recovery. I love my zinc. It's dirt cheap.
 
By stopping at week 9 and starting clomid week 10 you are only skipping one week. There is a strong possibility your androgens will still be elevated from the long acting esters in sustonon. I recomend switching to short acting ester like prop 75mg EOD for the last three weeks and only take 3 days off before starting clomid.

Or you could do the anabolic taper, stop taking sus 3 weeks before the end and switch to anabolics like winstrol + anavar for the last weeks since test will be there from the long acting esters this fixes lost gains post cycle but not lack of libido.

Avoid the dreaded androgen no mans land.. your still supressed but there aint no external androgens and you loose all the gains and cant have sex. you could throw in proviron..
 
Yes I am naturally cut. My father is a body builder and I have wild tricep genes. They grow even if I don't target them. I have been working out off and on since I was 14. I have been working out religously for the last year and a half.
 
6'2" 180 and working out for 11 years?? Do you eat? jk You might try a plain old bulking cycle with food only first. But for sust at your low weight, 250 would be good, certainly not much higher. And I thought I was tiny at 200 5'10". . . And people told me not to use AAS at my size, this forum has certainly become lenient with the precautions lately.
 
I really can't comment on the cycle myself, but you seem pretty light for your height (no offense!). How much are you eating now? Might have a bit of room to grow naturally still.
 
I started my 1st cycle on the 6th of September. I'm running Sustanon 300 and I take 250mg E4D and combined with a high protein intake and 6-9 meals a day I've managed to pack on about 19 pounds. I started at 167 and last night at the gym I was at 186.6. It's been a lot of hard work sticking to eating so much and being at the gym every night but it's paying off like I never thought it would!!
