Hey fellaz,
Buddy of mine is doing first cycle that consists of 500mg Sust and 400mg EQ each week. He's gonna run the test for 8 wks & the EQ for 10. I told him for a first cycle it might me pretty hardcore, but would be ideal as a second cycle. What do you guys think? He's looking to put on 20lbs. Thanks for your replys!

I don't think that's all too harsh, maybe he should lower the eq to 300mg.

i think that is a great first cycle. imo eq is a lot milder than deca so 400 shouldnt be too bad. tell him good luck. he should start his clomid 3 weeks after stopping eq.
