Please critique my workout routine

Monday - back and biceps

Tues - Chest and Triceps

Wed - Off

Thurs - Legs

Fri - Shoulders/Neck

Sat - Off

Sun - Off

Now if I'm doing Sustanon 250 for my first cycle. I have read 3 days between shots? So I was gonna do Sun / Thurs.
Should I add an Oral? Or since this is my first cycle keep it simple?

Shoulders and neck? You should switch up to a push pull legs IMO.
Your basically doing this anyway minus the shoulders and neck day.

Do deadlifts and squats so have your days off between legs and pull days, otherwise just take a day off when your body tells you.
 
the routine is going to be as good as you make it.. are you killing it? are you squatting heavy? doing heavy deads? etc etc give 100% in the gym

keep the 1st cycle to sust only have an anti estrogen on hand and a great pct ready to go
 
Sust 250 will be a great first cycle. Keep it simple. Mon/Thurs or Sun/Thurs injections are fine. Many people even opt for just once a week.

Like Judo says, the workout is what you make it. You can write "legs" and people can debate what day it should be on, but the main factor is are you killing it in the gym with your squats, front squats, overhead squats, and lunges? Same goes for all your other days. Keeps reps below 10 and keep the weight heavy.
