I found these Wasa Light Rye Crackers
Breakdown is:

1 slice: 25 calories/Fat0/Carbs 6/Fiber1
Ingredients are: Whole Grain Rye, Flour, Salt.

What do you think? ok? bad?

I'm trying to eat clean but was getting a little sick of oatmeal and brown rice.

I bought a pack of these at the store this weekend as well! I had planned to use some Natty PB and Sugerfree Smuckers spread on them, mmmmmmm.
 
They sound good...but I always find crackers hard to stop eating.

Next thing you know you ate 15 of them.

But since its whole grain they should be low-moderate on the glycemic index.

Actually, they're kind of large so I make kind of like a sandwich out of them...either with natural PB or soy cheese. They really don't taste all that great to where you'd just start munching away or anything. They're pretty bland.
