I'm just looking a scientific explanation for this..right now I'm off, clean. My parents in law were moving today so I was going to help them out. I went to sleep late last night. I slept like 6 hours, didn't get breakfast, just a protein shake. Didn't eat lunch. Started working hard, picking up really heavy boxes, climbing the truck, moving things, sweating like a pig. We started around 2:00PM and finished the first round around 6:00PM. Ate fast food and continued with the second load. Heavier than the first one. I was exhausted, dehydrated (sp?) tired but kept movin and picking boxes..it was around 11:00PM and my muscles didn't respond anymore...was breathing very fast without controlling it. Felt very sick so I decided to take a seat and rest but was so tired that laid back and couldn't stand up again...I was breathing very fast and couldn't open my eyes again. I knew something was wrong so decided to force myself to stand and walk breathing deeply, My hands and my arms started to shrank and fall asleep. My mouth the same and my tongue was hard so I couldn't talk anymore. My ABS were so contracted that I started walking like a wall. I couldn't control my arms, hands, mouth, eyes, tongue. They were contracted and sleeping. With no sensation on them. I was so worried I didn't know if just let myself fall down or keep going and keep breathing. I thought my heart was going to stop. My parents in law were very worried but I decided to keep walking and breathing. Slowly after 10 minutes started to heal and feel normal again. Went to rest, take a nice shower and went out to party. Now I feel 100% normal but I would like to have a medical explanation of what was that, if it was normal due to the stress over the body without proper nutrition that day or could be something related to my heart or lunges...thanks!!

I don't know...what is that?
As per my last blood test (like one year ago) everything besides cholesterol was normal

couldve been some cortisol overload...too much stress in such a short time period, in addition to some dehydration im sure. The body can only handle so much before it decides to shut down. BE careful and if it happens again, def go see a doc

please, see a doc

I would need a little more history, such as your age, weight, medications you are taking including AAS, underlying health problems. If this is all within normal limits then what you described was most probably related to dehydration and electrolyte imbalances (potassium being number one). You never mentioned your fluid intake during this move. I think you would want to drink at least a gallon of water during this strenuous period. Dehydration can definitely give you those symptoms and since you made such a quick recovery that you could party (that was not a good idea!), I doubt that it was anything more serious.
