I just purchased plasma jet, after reading mixed reviews im not sure what to think?

im 5'11
180-185lbs
approx 10-12% bf

been working out on and off for about 5 years, been a regular for one year now..

let me know what you thought of plasma jet!!

I have never tried it. Please share your views on it after you try it.

IIRC they sold individual blister packs at some stores a while back.... might be the best way to try it for a few days. Drink lots of water, like I mentioned before tho, or you will get a headache!
