Planning next cycle

Hey guys, I know summer is ending and people are bulking but where i live... in miami It is important to be lean all year round. So this is why I am planning a cutting cycle to finally get to single digit levels. Tell me if this sounds good.

Weeks 1-12
Testosterone Propionate EOD 100mgs
Trenbolone Acetate 75mgs EOD
Arimidix .5mgs daily

Weeks 9-12
Anavar

How does that sound guys. Also if I wanted to lose allot of body fat and maybe gain some muscle out of this cycle what should my diet look like? PCF ratio wise?

I would do the prop ED and drop the tren altogether. What's your dose of anavar?

Stats? experience? age? current bf% Too many missing variables to help more.

sound fine although i would run the var at least 6 weeks at 40 to 50 mg/day!

My age is 23 5 foot 10, 18% BF. And 166 pounds. What u guys think?


I hate to burst your bubble but a few things:

1. You could easily gain naturally, as you are so young.

2. Your BF is WAY too high for anything to realistically happen like you want.

3. That is WAY too much gear for you.

You probablly won't listen and do it anyway but in the long run you will be sorry. That is a lot of gear to waste and you're not going to get the results you're seeking.

My advice would be to loose some bf and then lift and eat right for the next several years. Once you have hit a plateau then AND ONLY then should you consider aas.

100% agreed, 18% BF? Long way to go before using gear.

Which doesn't matter cuz steroids don't exist anyway.

Agree as well, wait till your muscle reach's maturity on its own before you start up. Not even 30 yet....
 
I see what u guys mean, Well not using AAS is out of the question lol. But i think im going to try to reach lower bodyfat levels naturally. When im around 10 or 12 ill prolly do this cycle. And as for age allot of successful bbers in here are in there mid 20's. oh yeah 18bf is a typo i mean to type 16 which is still high though.

Here's how it works....KILLER.

1. Get your diet in order. cut out any shit food and eat alot of protein.
you can check out our diet forum to get some answers

2. Lift your ass off. 5 day split. Consistant for at least 1 year.

3. Take OTC supps like creatine, BCAA, whey protein, etc.

4. Get 8 hours of sleep a night.

5. At age 25 you should be 185-200 lbs. and can revisit the steroid scene. :heart
