I'm going to put down 10g for Syria with 2\1 odds! Hezbollah is creating a huge target for Syria! Iraq is a up and coming contender in the A-bomb target competition with 2/4 odds! My dark horse would be France with 100/1 odds, because they would fall with just a tactical nuke! I would take the over on Russia, US, UK, and Israel. China is a great push bet! And for the Under I have France, India, and, Pakistan. For the self-nuked bet I would go with N. Korea. I figure a hungry rat would trip their several nukes and they would blow themselves up! So pick a target and place your bets!
