ummmmmm....... kinda need a bigger pic showing more of you for us to judge you honestly !!!
if you are 13% body fat, I am 3%...... (last time I checked I was hovering from 10% to 12%) I think your closer to 17% - 19% BF but I could be wrong.
anyway... keep training and after you cut down your gonna be a monster !!!
maybe post some more pics though

I agree, no way you're 13% bro (at least not in that picture). Most people don't realize how lean 13% is. I mean it's not lean in body building circles but VERY lean for the average guy. You are big though and at 13% you'd look even bigger. I'd say you are about 18-20% in that picture.
