was about to start a cycle so had blood work done {AS YOU ALWAYS SHOULD} RESULTS NOT GOOD.... total cholesterol 222 should be 125-200
ldl was 142 should be under 130
hdl 39 should be over 40 no real biggie there
trigycerides 203 should be under 150
hemoglobin and hematocrit both slightly high no biggie
bun/creatinine ratio a lil high no biggie

only friggin good news was pretty good natty test levels and thyroid panal was good to go free test level was great 2.11 on a scale of 1.5 -2.20 and thats at 32yo this month

I know the problem is too much red meat and fatty foods I have been a a natty test boosting diet, along with heavier then usual lifting.... it worked but at a cost i see now.....

so i think i gotta hold off a lil bit clean up diet to lower fat, cut back on red meats, eat more oatmeal and cherios lol,any other advice bros????????????????

bottom line is natty it is a win/lose battle all the timemake an effort to raise test natty you pay for it, try to eat super clean on a less anabolic diet your test levels suffer... at least for me:mad:
on a side note I added some solid natty gains over last 3-4 months on this diet but fucked up my chol. in the process... I will give you an update in a month gonna get it rechecked on hold till then..............................:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

For what it's worth: Red meat isn't always the culprit. It has more to do w/ how the food was prepared, then the actual food it self. Keep the cuts lean. If you eat ground beef, get the extra lean. Maybe try chicken (no skin) and more fish. Again, leaner cuts of beef.

Good Luck bro

How was your cholesterol levels before? the last time you checked? I ask because those levels can be genetic like mine. My levels are out of whack just like my dad was before 2 heart attacks and 2 bypass surgery and lipitor forever. I'm 32, gonna check soon and if they are high, I'm gonna put myself in low doses of lipitor to see what happens.

levels b4 were ok, was at 190 after last cycle then 166 6 mos later but that was about 10-11 months ago..
I know its the diet, I was eating a lot of ground beef, steaks, snack cakes for a quick sugar boost, ect.. just wanted to see if i could raise natty test to any noticable levels with diet...time to clean it up..

Genetics play a huge role. I trust nothing to a supplement when it comes to preventing heart disease. I use crestor a low dose of crestor. My total chol. was 112, like you my hdl was a lil low, but thats a genetic thing, and my trigliceriders were a lil high, which i attribute to all the fast food i eat.

Take a look at problems related to gluten sensitivity...a lot of the cholesterol problems can be relate to it...so try avoiding wheat, rye and barley. Cheerios and whole wheat bread might be the culprit. I think people trip out on having a cholesterol count on the high side but cholesterol is essential for building testosterone. Depression and low testosterone levels are relate to a low blood serum cholesterol level. So if you want to stay strong and happy keep eating red meat. There might be an issue where you are low on omega 3's...the majority of foods we consume are low in omega 3's (fish oil) this can cause the HDL/LDL's to all fucked up. I would be interested to know what your blood sugar level is, it is on your blood work...and if it is elevated. Three things pump that number up...gluten...high fructose corn syrup...MSG. If you find yourself knocking down some form of processed meat (full of MSG), a whole bagel (gluten) and a gatorade (HFC) you found your problem. Remember to try and incorp plenty of green stuff (spinach ect) and you should be good.

dont have my work up with me, but my sugar was fine, middle of the chart i always look at that because my mom is diabetic [scary shit there] but sugar was fine, I also have a home test kit and check my sugar from time to time so its not that im sure.. I think its just the sat. fat/not enough clean foods, diet is already switched up 3600 cals approx. mostly clean but cut down sat. fat and simple carbs. I am going to get bloodwork in 1 a month for 3 months see what happens and ajust from there, I am a strong believer against going on a drug unless you have no choice or options....
