Alright guys I got a bottle of Need2slin that I'm about to start Monday. Ill try to upload some before and after pics as well as post the stats of weight gain, bf%, etc.
Alright guys this was the first day I worked out using need2slin and I have to say this is some wicked stuff. I am currently on pct right now and am so glad I added this in. I take 2 pill 30 minutes before workout and 2 post work out. I going to put up before and after pics one im doing running it. Gotta keep you guys tuning back in somehow.
Today was chest and tris.
Incline DB
DB tricep extension
DB bench
Weighted Dips
Cable flys
Skull crushers
Smith machine
DB Flys
3 sets of 10 for all of them. I will let you guys no if strength goes up but I gotta say you could definitely feel some weights were a little lighter than normal.
Alright guys I just got back from the gym and I moved up weight on my bicep curls. Was curling 45 now I curl 50. The pump I was experencing was pretty hard. My back more specifically my lats)got a wicked pump almost had me walking around the gym like a penguin.
Back work out toady was:
DB row
Pull ups
Lat pull down close and wide grip
T bar row
Bicep curl and hammer
Deadlifts
Burn out curls
Burn out assisted pull up
