pimples/acne

receiving hrt on test cyp 1 ml every 2 wks. notice some pimples on the chest and back. please advise on how to get rid of these babies.

Interested too. Accutane is too harsh for my taste. there's something a little
unsettleing about destorying your oil glands. How do we get rid of back acne??
