Johnny is also doing another powerlifting meet in November in Plano, he totaled 2072 at the first meet in June, 816 deadlift, 501 bench, and a 775 squat while he was dieting for the USA's @ 215.....he is a freak man......He is trying to turn pro in both this year....some people just have it. I can't measure how much I have benefitted from training with him.....and he is so humble. you would never know he won. Going to Atlanta in November for the Nationals........

gymnpoppa, no problem. These pictures I took from row K. I was impressed by how well the camera worked. If you want I can email you the original picture. Also Congrats to Johnny. His conditioning at the finals was unbeleivable and he deserved his win. Good luck to him at the Nationals. I should be down there as my friend Troy Moore (4th in the middles at the USAs) is going in and also my girlfriend should be ready for the nationals also.

I'd appreciate that pic, I just got off the telly with him, he took off this week, and we are starting right back up on Monday. but this weekend, another BBq, and some drinks Sat nite.....a small celebration. Haven't had a drink in a while, probably be blind.......

he has been going at this the apst few years and I guess thats why met rex signed him on last year. he is very nice, quite, and has a nice family. nothing but good things to say about Johnny. he has a young flex wheeler lines and if he goes for the lines instead of the massive size he will do very well.
he will do perfect there. i expect that maybe this year the judges will go back to clean lines and take points away from guts as they should. flex never should have played the mass game. prince trained me for my show and thats how I met Johnny and his family. only wish only the best for him

One thing he's taught me is to stay away from high doses of AS.....of course I told him, easy to do when you are genetically gifted like him.......least he won't have to worry about a roid gut...... did you see how small Flex is now? He is much smaller now, don't know if he is going to compete at the O though, do you? Which show did you do? or doing?
