You can buy a 1940's shack on a cinder block foundation, no basement, 2 br, 1 bath, no garage and a dirt, front, side and backyard on a 1/4 acre in a blah neighborhood for that.

If you're really lucky you won't have neighbors that have every car, truck or lawn equipment they have ever owned since 1950 in their yard or the coffin house that has 30 guys from South America living in the basement.
