You people are something else. Fonz you look damn good. And for the rest of you sorry pieces of shit, post your pics. You can sure as hell hand out criticsm but when it comes down to it what the fuck do you all look like. I won't post a pic. Fonz looks a helluva lot better than I do and probably better than the other 80% of the board. Cmon post up chicken shits. Thats what I thought. Nothing wrong with constructive judgement just make sure you are in a position to critique.
 
No one really says he looks bad because he doesn`t he looks good. But its just is that `all` you look like on 850mg of gear a week for what months, years? Sure he plays soccer but cmon 850mg of gear permananently on!

You don`t need to be on that to look like that!
 
That is right. If people criticize Fonz's pics it doesn't automatically mean they're jealous! The only thing I might be jealous of is his BF as I'm sitting at 15% myself due to lazyness and taking time off training & a clean diet. Now, BF aside Fonz has "ok" shoulders and arms (for his frame), but no back, traps and chest (and, have to assume, legs, as he never posts pic of them).

As for chest mass slowing you down, well, tell that to some world class sprinters or pro football players. While they don't have Ronnie Coleman size chests they still have SOME chest mass.

as for green tea, ordering it this week.
does it affect blood pressure? i just got mine in control with 1.5g taurine a day and don't want to change that.
how would i take the bac gt? can i take the powder in water or do i need to boil water and drink it like that?

I only read the last page, and it seems between here and steroidology there are alot of haters. Oh well, I think you look great, and understand that you are an athlete not a BB. So a lagging bodypart (if not functional for your sport) is really not a big deal. I prefer your frame over a compettive BB'er anyday though....:)
 
Your build looks almost identical to mine in the upper body. My neck is a little bigger.

I've looked and looked on the net for GT with the kind of concentrations you mentioned but have had no luck. Mind if I ask what kind you used? Everyone I come across either has way low concentrations or doesn't even list them at all. Thanks.

I just saw this thread. I went to school with KAYNE for two years. He just graduated. The mother fucker is big, damn smart to. You can research all my post where we have talked shit about each other but I will give him credit. He is 6'2 215 with a low bf. I am guessing his arms are around 18 cold.

Great job and for the people that say you could have done this naturally have alot better genetics than I do. I would just lose the picture with the towell wrapped around you, unless you want to sell it to a gay magazine. lol

Well, you're a jackass, but I think you look good.

I don't get why some of the people give the negative feedback. I think once people lose all the fat/water they will realize how hard it is to achieve a very vascular and lean physique.

I think your chest is lagging compared to the rest of the body, but you are very lean and very vascular and have decent size.

coming from a fellow athlete ( lacrosse ) i know what 3 hours a day of running can do to you. Its amazing you can keep your size at all, the maintenence dosage definately helps you out. im trying very hard to get below 10, im naturally in the 18-22 range, right now about 12-14, its a bitch.

anyways, all those critics out there have no fucking clue what its like to be a real athlete.

what level do you play at and where?

I think this 2-week "shock training" method seems to be working well.

I have 1 more week to go.

Basically, you just blast one bodypart for 2 weeks every day and get plenty of rest(crucial) and food(crucial).

Chest has always been my weak bodypart btw. I remembered the shock training system a couple of weeks ago, and dug it up from archives and researched it.

You can't do it again and again though. Just like once every 4 or so months. And it can only be one bodypart. The "shock" system was first designed for lagging arms btw. I just adapted it for chest.

interesting :) I think I see how this is working, you blast the chest each day hard, so all nutrients from diet can cause action to work 100% towards the specific muscle/muscle group.. instead of several different body parts.. and each day of the week as appose to 1, though could you elaborate on this a little, if you don't mind...

btw, how has your progress in training, dieting, aas etc.. been coming lately?

Slowly. :) Soccer season is almost over so I'm just maintaining at the moment. After soccer, I'm most likely going to re-start playing ice hockey. Figure to be 185lbs at about 6% for that. I'm 183lbs 6.5% at the moment.

Fonz IMHO you looked better in the first pictures of this thread, even though you had a little higher bf%. You are ripped as hell though.

I take GT and Alcar with my first 2 meals. I never take them past 4 PM because they don't let me sleep.

Come on Fonz (and you look great, I might add), but surely someone of your knowledge must know that there is no way to "shock" a muscle. You are however on the right track by upping your frequency. Take a look at HST.

well, use whatever fancy terms you like, but wouldn't you agree that physiologically it makes sense that one could work one particular muscle very frequently and get *more* muscle gain to that particular muscle, due to the fact that you are not working other muscles, so less total repair/growth is nescaserry, therefore nearly all anabolism can take place to pectorials & stabalizers etc...
 
No, the body doesn't have a certain limited "amount" of growth ability that can be allocated to whatever areas you want. It doesn't work that way. If it did, guys that only worked their chest and arms in the gyms would be enormous in those areas by now.
