Pics 5 weeks into cycle...

Your upper back is the best thing going for you .If you brieng out your lats your back will look better .

i started as a junior in high school @ 165#

im now a sophomore in college and weigh 205ish

im working on my lats its a hard body part for me...


i was a real lanky skinny dude...basketball player now im dedicated BB'er
my bench went from like 210 8 times to 255 8 times...
 
yo first off gears real u dont go up in weight that much without good test....

i do deadlift squat and bench
only do free wt's and compound movements....

these are personal bests during cycle...still have 4 and a half weeks left

deadlift is 305# x5
bench is 275X4
squat on smith (-30) is 285# 10

been working hard on legs its hardas a tall dude but have really gotten a lot better....
 
the week before you started the cycle what was you amx in benching? i see you said your doing 275 4 times now you jog? if yes has that improved?
 
Id say by your pics that you could benefit from like 200 mg dbol a day........

just kidding, sort of. I think you have not reached any kind of natural plateau......
