Pics 5 weeks into cycle...

Keep up the good work.

It's hard work being tall bro, keep at it & don't let up. I am 6'5" 250 I eat over 5000 calories a day. I've been cycling for 1 1/2 yrs now & making great gains. I pushed hard naturally though. I got to 225 w/out AS. A normal person gains 10 lbs & people are like "damn" when you're tall you have to gain at least 15lbs for most people to notice. Good luck, keep us posted on your progress.....supertech
 
Whats your program look like? Cut out all the isolation exercises and focus on functional strength ie: deadlifts, squats, over head press, cleans, etc...
 
No Qualms about showing your face? There are quite a few people on here that I know, that I wouldn't want to be able to track my posts.
 
ahh i dont care about showing the face what the hell u gonna do tell me im ugly theres no big deal in my eyes!!!

my diet im in college so i eat at the dining commons as much as possible which isnt great food....

but i supplement with N-Large2 everyday post workout
and XXL's (which have 1090calories and 215g's of carbs)

i also take around 2 shakes of (40g's) of whey per day and just eat till i cant

my routine looks like this

monday chest bis (moved bis to this day cuz they got too fatigued on back day due to how hard i worked back

tuesday have to work

wednesday quads hams forearms

thursday delts calfs abs

friday back tris traps

not trying to put the guy down but if i was juicein i wouldnt show anyone any pics or tell anyone im juicein until i had something to show. its like years ago when i started lifting, looking small and skinny, i never walked around the gym in tank tops and the tight form fitting shorts you see the bber's wearing in the mags. NOW!! I HAVE ENOUGH MUSCLE AND DEFINITION TO EITHER WORK OUT WITH NO SHIRT OR WITH A TANK TOP while the jaws in the gym drop.....WHY? CAUSE I GOT THE GOODS.......
 
maybe next time i'll knock the faces out of em didnt think of it like that...but i talk iwth you guys everyday so why cant i share my juice experience and show you the results of hard work i mean iwas a realllll skinny dude now im slowly working my way up to my goals....which i still am a distance away from...
