Sorry I missed you in SD... fuggers were running around like chickens with their heads cut off... we didn't get out of company events each night until around midnight, then they hit up the clubs - Henry's was one of them - and some strip joints every night... but they all closed at 1:30... so we bailed with peeps and had room parties...

The last night a group of us went across the border...

Crazy mexicans...
 
Lestat. I think I could break your skinny neck with 1 hand. You should do some neck exercises unless you don't mind having a pencil neck.
 
i hurt my neck bad at the end of last year and haven't been doing shrugs or upright rows since then.

fugg the traps, abs and arms is what the ladies look for!

I don't know what it is with guys. I see em in the gym ever day working on arms & shoulders only. lol They all look like funnels.

Lestat looks great. If I were a gay guy, I'd definitely go for him. He has a lean, rock hard physique. You freakazoids should stop ribbing him for not being built like Arnold.

i do believe that certain exercises and angles put more stress on particular parts of the muscle..so it cant hurt.

I've never done specific exercises for traps and forearms.

its varies from person to person. My forearms grow like crazy from bicep work..but another person might have to blast his forearms seperatley each week for them to grow.

I don't do shrugs because they always give me stingers. I do dl's, upright rows, a lot of presses, and walking db lunges. I think my bent over bb rows help too, because when I get tired I tend to stand up straighter and use my traps more than my lats. Good for the traps, bad for lats I guess.

He really is a nice guy. I think he gets played with because he shares so much and doesn't really strike back when he's getting messed with. He's a bit of an attention whore, so that might get on some peoples' nerves, but I think he's a good guy fo sho.

I like lestat picture threads. They're guaranteed to be at least 10 pages and we sometimes get lucky enough for Coop and Mav redos.

I don't do any direct isolation tricep work anymore(been eight years), it only overtrains them. My split is chest, back, arms, legs. On arm day I do shoulders and biceps....

you should reverse leg and arm day. You're working your arms/shoulders already on both chest/back day, so they need a break in between.
 
My training cycle. My volume on arm day is pretty low and I train each bodypart twice in a seven day period. I start with 1-2 warmup sets of the first exercise in the 12-20 rep range.

Day 1 Chest
Day 2 Back
Day 3 Arms
Day 4 Legs
Day 5 Off
Day 6 Chest
Day 7 Back
Day 8 Arms
Day 9 Legs
Day 10 Off

Chest
5X5 Barbell Bench Press
5x5-8 Dumbell flye presses( half press and half flye)
5x5 Weighted Dips

Back
5x5 Bent over rows
5x5 weighted Chins
5x5 Weighted pull ups

Arms
5x5 Barbell overhead pressses
5x5 Barbell curls
5x5 Zottman Curls

Legs
5x5 Front squats
5x5 straight leg deadlifts
 
switch arm and leg day.

how long have you been doing the same exercises? might think of changing those up, too - your body gets used to the same stuff if you do it week after week.
