I don't have a planned diet. I eat what I feel like eating when I feel like eating, with the exception of lunch, which my girlfriend packs Monday through Friday.
I have plenty of protein. I kill red meat, and I seem to have pretty good gains taking no type of supplement, so that doesn't lead me to believe my diet is lacking.
For an example, my increases in the past four months:
Bench 205 to 250
Squat 250 to 315(don't really work legs)
Power 185 to 230
Hang 165 to 205
Incline 145 to 185
This is taking nothing...no NO, no creatine, no whey, no caffiene pills...nothing. I'm not saying it's great or anything, but it sure pleases me.
Cant wait for my PT to get here.
