Start slow though, if you have never taken it you'll feel one cap. You can ramp up from there. 3 caps out of the gate will have you climbing the wall.
I tend to be pretty sensitive to stimulants so that would be probably be a good idea for me to ramp up like you said.
Is the standard dose 3 caps? If so would it be right to take like 1 cap in the morning and 2 in the middle of the day so I've been on them for a couple hours before the gym (assuming that I've ramped up to taking 3 a day)? I just don't want to take them too late because I'll be up all night. Also how long do they last?
