Phyto-test / Dermacrine Results (progress) Log

I'm eating like a fucking horse here. My girl could not believe how much I shoveled down last night when we went out. She didnt see me pig out before she got home either.

I thought it was just getting appetite back after having a cold but this could be due to the product stack.
 
Im going to run the Ultimate Lean Stack along with AGX LipoStack w/ Raw MCC (cycled with an ECA stack), to CUT. Im trying to preserve as much LBM and maybe add a couple lbs while Zig-Zagging my cals, while shedding some BF% for summer league basketball. Ill let you know how it goes.

Sorry for not updating lately guys, been a long weekend. Plus i've been training my butt off and getting swole.

I literally cannot believe how big i've gotten. I'm almost 200lbs!!!!! I was in the low 180's when I started! chest / shoulders and "width" in general is outrageous, NOTHING fits me anymore lol.

My legs are blowing up too which i've always struggled with. I am finally "feeling" squats and really hitting the legs hard with good form and heavy weight.

I'll update more later, just been busy..
 
I am loving the Derma/Phyto stack. 3 weeks in and I am up 6 pounds, but waaaayyy leaner. I am eating 300-500 kcal a day over maintenance and I am hardening up.

Good stuff bro, on par with what I experienced.
 
Thats what I wanted to hear. I ordered the ULTIMATE LEAN STACK from PP, should ship out this week from what I read.

I weigh 185lbs but Im about 16%-17%bf I think, so I dont need to lose "weight", Im trying to do a body comp shift. I want to lose minimal LBS but shift to muscle not fat.

Im hoping running the ULTIMATE STACK with ECAY/Lipoflame will get me to those goals :-)

Sounds like it just might!

UPDATE:

Shouders / Tri's were AWESOME!!!

I'm pushing the 75lb dumbells on presses with ease! The only reason I hold back and don't just grab the 80lb's is beacuse I feel I should be patient to let my wrists catch up. Don't want an injury or anything.

When I get on the hammer strength shoulder press after dumbells though I can do the entire stack now!!! I don't even remember how much that is per side but its freakin heavy! Not really believing how much strength has gone up. No complaints here.
 
Now I don't know what to do!!! I was going to run a Havoc/Proadrol cycle while my Phyto-Test was backordered but they shipped it yesturday!!! Which would you do first, Havoc or Phyto-Test or can you do them together?

Try running that on a carb cycling diet. I just switched to a carb cycling diet that I put together myself after reading a post here and some other info on similar diets on the web. I seem to be responding really well to it. I already dropped a couple lbs but my strength and muscle size is going up. PM me if you have any questions about it. I'm also currently running lipoflame with it as well.

Run them together. Thats what I did with my Phyto / Prohoromone stack. Once I added the PH after running phyto for 6wks? I blew up like a hot air baloon.... LOVE IT :evil:

Good shit man. I'm loving it. It's the only restricted calorie diet I've ever done where I am full all day! I'm eating only 2500 cals on my low carb days and 3200 cals on my carb up days, but every day I'm getting over 320g of protein and only about 60g of that is from shakes. I think I'm pretty much just going to stay on this diet or a variation of it forever. For me, as long as I'm full all day, I don't crave snacks or bad food and I can stick to the diet.

Well that is the approach I took. Based on that being the time Phyto has been in your blood long enough to be at "optimal levels" (according to PP) adding the PH at that time just made sense. You should see killer gains from this, especially if calories are high like mine.

I mean good grief i'm approaching 20lbs of gain....
 
Sounds good!! I am 6'1 250lbs 16% BF. i want to maintain my weight while adding some strength and dropping some BF.

I owned back. The only thing I still have trouble with is my lats. I want them to blow UP, but I just can't seem to "feel" them on my pullups or other pulldown excercises. Stupid things.

I got 2 exercises for to try if you aren't doing them already. Try doing barbell rows with an underhand grip (palms up) instead of overhand. Also, go on a cable machine and hook up one of the handles that looks like an upside down V from the side (has 2 handles on it) and set the cable arm high and grab on it with both hands, keep your arms straight the whole time and push it down (alternatively you can use a regular handle and do it one handed).

Hmm, yeah I currently use a palms down or overhand grip on rows. I may try that next time though to feel it out. I think I understand what you mean with the cable deal, but i'll have to experiment with that one.
 
Ya when you use palm down on rows it targets more of your upper back, when you switch to underhand you will really feel it hit your lats. Try and go heavy with an underhand grip.

The cable one is hard to explain without showing you, but when you get on the cable machine and try it out you will see what I mean. If you want to get an idea of the motion just stand up straight, stick your arm out straight in front of you with elbow locked and hand in a fist and bring your fist straight down til it hits your leg with your elbow locked the whole time. If you keep your body tight when you do it, you should feel your lat tighten up even without pushing a weight down.
 
Yeah guys i'm so stoked about the progress i've made I can't contain myself. This is going to be a GOOD summer, and I haven't even cut some of this BF yet :D
 
Isn't that the same pic as when you started this thread? Just wondering because it said progress pic. Anyway get any sides at all from the products?

Hm, nope. Don't see how either, I took that one literaly hours before posting it here on that days training results (chest / bi's).

The only sides have been from the Prohoromones I added in at the end. They produced dramatic gains, but definitely make you feel a bit lethargic & back pumps, etc.
 
Can you post up your before pic again or maybe the 2 pasted together side by side. I cant find your original pic.

Nah its cool man I completely understand. I planned on throwing up some before / afters anyway, just hadn't took the time to hunt down a good before....

I'm so happy with the gains i'm not so sure it matters what anyone else thinks of them hahaha :evil:
 
Also when you post up the pics could you repost an exact account of what you took, how much, and when. The log is so long and I know you kept changing it up increasing doses adding other sups etc, it would be nice to see side by side pics with a nice little outline of what made the pics possible.
