Hey everyone, new guy on the forum. I'm 45, 5'9", 188lbs, and probably 25% bf.
Starting my first cycle ever with 200mg/ml Deca and 200mg/ml Test E thursdays and mondays for 8 weeks. OK?

Eating 6-7 times a day. Beef, veg, eggs, pasta, rice, white and red fish, some dark bread, chicken and a lots of water. Been on that diet for two weeks and already i can feel the diff.

At the gym 5 days a week on off for some years!

But, i have no exp in using AAS and i am not shure about using PCT. I have 24 tabs of Clomid, thats all!!

Need som intr. using a syringe and what can exp of sides like gyno, pimps etc.

STOP. You need to lose a ton of BF before starting any cycle. Second, you have a lot of reading to do before doing any cycle. PCT is just as important as your cycle and you must understand this before doing anything. Get over to the PCT forum and read. Go over to the diet and training forum and read. You are not at all ready for gear and will only do harm and no good from using at this time. Going to the gym "off and on" for 5 years is not acceptable. You need a solid base to grow on and need to be going hard and heavy for at least a year in your case. Keep reading, keep learning and then read some more.
 
wow...25% bro...surley you understand that starting a cycle with that high of a BF you will end up fatter...you clearly need to get your diet in check first..

New update on the bf: 16%
Wrong measurement. 86 kilograms, 180 centimeters, 45 old, 4-5 times at the gym since last year and my gym history is on/off the gym cuse i do shootfihting, krav maga and kickbox between my gym periods!

Ia`m pretty hard, but have to define my abs and mass. (it comes with heavy weights and my diet! I eat a minimum of sugar!!! - and NO fat!!! Expt from omega 3 and UDO`s choise!

Thanks bros! But should i wait with my cycle until when??

There's no need to wait, you are 45 years old, great candidate for Test.

I would drop the deca entirely since it can raise blood pressure quite a bit and it's generally not a good idea to run deca and test in the same cycle the first time around since they are so different.

I would suggest Test in the range of 400-600mg per week and if you are looking for more Eq can be added in at 400mg weekly

Man, take a break from the exclamation points :)

Can I ask where you gather the info to get the Test, Deca, & Clomid as well as what dosages to use? It sounds like you have some knowledge - but need some more. Wait a month, scour the boards, order Anabolics 2005, and you will not have questions about PCT, sticking, or dosages.

Good luck, and stick around. We need more old timers.

Thanks! I´ll do my homework first! The info came from the company that delivers the gear!

But i´m not satisfied with the answers!

Why should`nt i use Deca and Test at the same time/shot/cycle?????

Around 500mg of AA a week is good starting point.
Yes. there is a lot of info on PCT on this board and others. So read up to make sure you have a good understanding of what needs to be done.
I don't see any problem with running both Test and deca together. Especially when both are kept at very moderate ranges.


If you were to run only test at 500mg/week you have higher chances of issues like hairloss, prostate enlargement and acne. While if you run 500mg of deca, then you are more likely to run into issues with impotence, libido, and harder and longer suppression of natural T.

Someone mentioned that using gear if you have high body fat will make you fatter. Just not true. The gear will not cause you to get fatter. Many people will eat excessively when running gear in order to try to make sure that their bodies have enought protein and calories to grow. That is fine if that is the method they want to use but it is not the gear causing the weight gain.

I have only did a few cycle, but have ended up losing weight and gaining muscle each time. Each time my caloric intact was probably slightly higher than my intake prior to starting the cycle. So I ate at little more but ended losing weight and gaining muscle.
