O.K., update - carb depleted for about 48 hours. No dairy for past week, water only. Zero carbs past 24 hours, zero fluid intake past 12 hours. Lost 4 pounds. Took fluid pills last 7 days. Did pyroxidine and the Prep-H thing and I must say I look VERY ripped and tight this morning. I will hit a good all around workout and then slam some complex carbs to fill my muscles and then take pics this afternoon. This shit is almost over! WHEW!
