I have been on Phosphagen for almost two weeks now. So far I have seen some results, My lifts are definately going up some and my muscles are definately feeling harder with better contractions. I am full of water though, quite beloted. I loaded at 20 miligrams for the first 8 days, now im working on 15 miligrams a day, 5 early afternoon and 10 post workout. So far it seems to be working pretty good. Also I'm taking other supplements such as Hmb, Methoxy factor and Alph Lip Acid. And with in a week I will be taking 1 test.
