I am not sure. I think it is of the same status as Fina, but then again maybe not because otherwise there would be a lot more internet resources for it, I had to order mine from overseas. Still waiting for it! Bump for more info on the gal status of it!
 
My PGF2a is due any day now and I plan to put my whole experience in this thread, here is a little more info I have collected on PGF from Meso-RX

The beginner schedule

Inject PGF2 (half a ml.) 30 minutes after the noon lunch. Inject the whole half a ml. at only one place. Your lunch should be high in proteins and carbs while low in fats. Make sure you have a serving of weight gainers at hand during the next two hours. This has two purposes. First, some people report a hypoglycemia-like feeling after PGF2. Of course this side effect should be countered. Eating a liquid meal generally makes them feel better. Second, whenever anabolism is elevated, so should be protein feeding frequency. Repeat a similar procedure after the evening meal. Change the side of injection.

For the most daring, adding an insulin booster before the meals may be a good idea. I like Glipizide (2.5 mg) but Glibenclamide (the insulin booster of reference) has been shown to lessen the incidence of side effects of PGF2 especially on the intestine. For Glibenclamide, start with the 1.25 mg pills and build up to the 2.5 mg. This makes it a smart stack to enhance anabolism while reducing side effects. Of course, you should be extra careful about the potential hypoglycemia so make sure you ingest some carbs every 30 minutes for the next two hours when it is time for the weight gainers. I suggest that you increase your creatine intake according to your PGF2 dosage as prostaglandins like most other anabolic substances accelerate the wasting of creatine. Go with at least 10 grams of creatine per day.

The advanced schedule

This is not a pro schedule. It should rather fit most of the readers' needs for muscles. As you taper off your steroid intake, slowly build up your PGF2 intake first in terms of dosage, then in terms of frequency. The animal studies suggest that PGF2 tends to depress testosterone secretion. But the PGF2 users usually get very "horny", which is a good sign, especially at the end of a steroid cycle. And do not discount the general hardening properties of PGF2 which amazingly is not restricted to skeletal muscles.

Frequency of administration as well as dosage should be increased compared to beginners. You also have the choice between insulin injections and oral insulin boosters. Sticking with the oral booster may be wiser until you get more comfortable with the control of your glycemia. This is especially true as PGF2 will enhance the hypoglycemic effects of insulin. Wake up and have a liquid meal followed by a more solid meal within 30 minutes. Use that period for an insulin shot (start low with 5 UI and build up to no more than 15 UI per meal) or for oral Glipizide (2.5 to 5 mg). Prefer a long acting insulin to a short one. Wait for 15 minutes before your PGF2 (always start low and build up as you feel more comfortable). Repeat this procedure at lunch. Keep the liquid meal for after the lunch in case you feel hypoglycemia. Another reason to prefer Glipizide at that time is that you may get tired of the frequent injections.

Repeat this procedure after training. You can use another PGF2 injection a bit before bedtime still with a meal but without the insulin or the booster. Some people who bad-mouth the prostaglandins argue that prostaglandins depress GH secretion. This is funny as the scientific literature points out the opposite. GH should be liberated overnight.

As you use more PGF2 than in the beginner cycle, go with at least 15 grams of creatine over 24 hours.

The science of cycling

The length of a PGF2 cycle is generally determined by default. The cycle usually lasts the whole time you want to be off steroids. It means it can go from between 24 hours to two months. Even though bodybuilders welcome a drug that allows them to grow while off steroids, most will get tired of using PGF2 after a while. They are usually happy to switch back to anabolics. A good rule of thumb is therefore to use PGF2 until you get tired of it. Again, there is no magic number here.

Yet many maintain a lighter intake of PGF2 centered around their weak bodypart. A lighter schedule includes one or two injections a day in a weak bodypart such as the calves to help bring them up but without having to go with all the trouble associated with normal PGF2 use.

To conclude, I again would like to quote Dan Duchaine about steroids in USH II:

"Rule #7: Most people who have taken massive amounts of steroids don't get sick, don't die, and don't go crazy.

Rule #8: ... Never assume that you are like 'most people' until you prove it."

This exact same rule apply to PGF2 users. Do not assume that PGF2 use is benign. PGF2 will affect every one of the cells composing your body. You are not immune from a rare, unexpected reaction. Please do not consider PGF2 usage lightly. We would not like to hear from you in the horror story section of a bodybuilding magazine.



I looked into running slin with my pgf2a but it was way too complicated. between the frequent shots and avoiding going hypo from the insulin I would basically be busy 24/7 plus my 6 meals a day would have to be altered so i said fuck it

I am however very curious about avoiding the shits! Here is something unpleasant to think about but maybe useful. You know when you swallow a piece of gum how it toughens up your shit? like if you swallow 4-5 pieces in a day it will make you almost constipated! Can someone explain to me why this is? ( I am guessing because of the trouble of digesting the thick gum). If I can avoid the shit by swallowing a piece of gum before each shot I am in! :mix:

ANd if this idea is totally dumb, atleast I am thinking people!:D

i've said this before, but i think that the sides of pgf2a are greatly exaggerated. the shits are really not an issue if you keep each shot at a lesser volume (under .5cc). they may be bad if you've been eating a diet with lots of fast food and no fiber, and have alot of crap already built up in your colon. in this case getting the shits from pgf is probably a good thing.

i have used it with insulin, and didn't really see the point. i am in my second day of using it in my love handles/low back with a little t-3 and alot of MD6 (which has 100mg ALA per cap) on top of tren/winstrol. this combo has an amazing nutrient partitioning effect.

i think the best use of pgf is for 2-3 weeks BEFORE a steroid cycle, injecting into the bodyparts that never seem to grow well (for me it is calves and arms). you only need to do this once or twice a day. immediatly after each inject (before iven doing the other side) do some high rep pump sets of that bodypart with dumbells or bodyweight, whatever is available, and heavy stretching of the bodypart in between the sets. this will be very painfull :) don't bitch, just do it. during this 2-3 week period your gonna be hurting and your strength will drop, but so will your bodyfat (i really think it is best to begin all cycles at under 12% bodyfat anyway...excess bodyfat increases aromatization, and will mask your ability to see lean mass gains). Stop the pgf and immediatly start the cycle. you will at first see a loss of size in the bodypart (swelling goes down) but then you will notice during the cycle that the bodyparts you tortured beforehand will respond VERY well to training, even if they never grew well on cycle before. before i used pgf2a my arms were by far my worst bodypart...now they are in proportune, i feel the muscle better and i am throwing around alot more weight when i work them.
 
oh, forgot to add that i am about to do a little experiment where i use anadrol with the above listed drugs when cutting. the pgf2a and t-3 makes me drink tons of water and seems to flush water out even faster. i suspect that this will enable me to use anadrol w/o excessive bloat. we will see. i'll try and take some before/after pics.
 
So far I just got it today

I have shot
.5 cc's each bi
.25 cc's oblique/lower back into the fat, both sides
.5 cc's in my top abs, both sides

No sides yet, no shits at all. Gum always makes it hard for me to shit so I chewed and swalled 2 pieces of gum before my first injection and 1 before each time I injected. The only side I have noticed is some constricting feeling in my throat, but its nothing too bad, I was just at the pub with my friends watching the canucks game , GO CANUCKS, only 30 mins after my first .5 cc shot and no probs! If I do lose fat this will be great. The ab and lower back injections didn't hurt much. I am using .5inch 29 gauge slin needles.

Day 3 on PGF2a

Day went as i described above:
Day 2:
AM .5 cc in each love handle,
PM .5 cc in each lower abdominal muscle
Day 3:
AM .5 cc in each love handle
.25 cc in each Pec

Things I have noticed so far:

Well if you had heard about my gum theory for hardening your shit, i tried it and I thought it worked. But this morning I shot 1.5 cc ( 4 shots) and I didn't get any shits without any food or gum in me so who knows. At 1.5 cc at once I dont get the shits, in fact today i shot .5 cc in each love handle and .25 in each pec and then mowed my 1/2 acre lawn for two hours. So it doesn't render you useless. However on day 1 when i inject .5 cc in each love handle and .25 in my middle ab muscle I definitly felt it. I just felt like shit for about 15 mins. The throat was a bit tight but just generally like shit. It was definitly bearable though. The main side I noticed it a sort of burning feeling for 1-2 hours after the injection. More so if you inject in the muscle as opposed to the fat. It sorta feels like the slin pin is still in there a bit! 8o) i have bruising on my love handles from my injections from day 2 but not from day 1. i dont understand that but whatever. I am going to keep up atleast getting 4-8 shots in per day for the next 3 weeks until i start fina and I will post my results. I am currently on a cycle but only sust and EQ, which don't get me pumped or give me mad energy. Once I hit fina I am dropping this stuff. I have clen and t3 planned in for the last half of my cycle but hopefully I can avoid using the t3 by using this pgf2a so I dont have to worry about losing muscle! I will keep you guys posted. Any questions just ask. Normally on a cycle or something I wouldn't do this sort of thread (not that I am a vet, only second cycle!) but since there is not a lot of info about pgf2a experiences I figured I would contribute.
