"Make sure your diet is in check..." or "Get your diet in check first bro..."

WTF does that mean?

Seriously.

I'm I powerlifter. What should my diet be? Some guy is not in contest prep and is a BBer, what should his be?

I agree that diet is a HUGE part of the equation. It is just this generic comment that bugs the hell out of me.

OK, now I'm done ranting.

Tomorrow is ME squat day. After 2 hours of that I'll feel even better. But then I get to start on my taxes....

My grocery bill is $400/week just for a family of 3. I eat $300 of it.

I'm still only 260 though. That's fine with me for now. I' can't lift what some of those big fuckers do. :confused:

Need2 is right. Also same thing applies when you have obese people ready to start a steroid cycle thinking the pounds will melt away. I swear you mention powerlifting to some people and they think you are talking about a bag of chips.
 
I can agree that the statement can be thrown around quite a bit. However, most people do not say they are powerlifters or bodybuilders. Because 90% of people who come to this site want to use AAS to look good, we have to say make sure your diet is in check. Now if you are a power lifter and eating 10K a day to gain as much as possible, chances are you know what your diet should be and you have it in check.

My pet peeve is people starting forums that are like "How is this cycle" and the cycle turns out to be 500MG of Test E per week or 100mg of Test Prop a week. It makes me want to scream when i see the most obvious cycles or stupid cycles posted and people have no clue. Obviously these people just logged on and posted.

I am literally not a steroid expert, however, i can answer 90% of the threads started on here because people cant read down the page before they post. I bet if i was to scroll between the 1st and 2nd page of the AAS forum, i would find 3 threads on Test Prop/Tren Ace cycle. And if i did a search for tren 1,288,838 threads come up. If you cant find what you are looking for from those threads you should be shot in the foot.

when i say it i mean.....make sure you are getting the proper amount of food that your body will need to grow.
 
I like it when people ask that, then regardless of the answer, people will recommend the same cookie-cutter cycles (500mg test/wk for 10-12 weeks) anyway.

LOL, that's my pet peeve. Everytime someone asks, "whats the best first cycle? or what should I do for my first cycle"

The answer is inevitably 400mgs or 500mgs of test enth a week for 10 weeks.

Everyone's different. Some guys may want to do an Anavar only first cycle. Some guys may want to do a Primo/Winny

The most important thing is that they do their own research first. Figure out what their goals are and evaluate if they can attain those goals naturally. If they decide they cannot or do not want to attain their goals naturally then they need to figure out what is the safest way to do it using gear. That doesnt mean test only and that certainly doesnt mean something reckless like a Test/Anadrol/Tren 1st cycle. It just means that not everyone needs to drive a truck!
