lol I use a few of them. But my phone is on silent unless I'm at home alone. Then even when i am home, my default ringer is a "silent ringer" and the three or four people I'd even care to pick up get the song ring tones. But I never have the volume on when anyone else is around to hear it.

I'm deaf to high pitches, so if I even want to hear the phone without having to wear my hearing aids all the time, I almost have to use one of the other ring tones.

This is why I am glad I work in an industrial setting. No ringtones- you can't hear them anyways. Vibrate all the way at work. Although, I do have 1 or 2 ringtones just to specify different callers....
