I've just started using ON 100 % Whey Gold Standard after doing some extensive research on user reviews which were vastly positive. I was just wondering if anyone in the forum has used this before and what gains (if any) did he/she see?
 
Used it for quite a while. taste is so-so. works fine for me (hey, its just Whey), but kinda expensive.

I used it years ago but I stacked it with creatine, glutamine, and animal pack, but I know after 1-2months I had gone up 20lbs but like I said I stacked it. There are many other things out there better protein products for half the average price of whey, altho a big tub of whey gives 70 servings.
 
One of the worst tasting products on the market imo

People seem to love it though.

ON used to be a very good bargain brand, but when they started to get particularly popular they raised their price too damn high. That Gold standard product is good, and was a great buy 5 years ago, but it aint that good.
 
I just got my first 5 lb tub so I guess I'll see what gains I get from it. If it's substantial then I might continue.

As for the taste, I got the french vanilla. It's not that great with water but it's pretty good with milk actually.
 
The price has seemed to go up quite a bit recently.
 
I don't remember how much my core lifts increased, but there are better tasting, better quality products out there for less money, it was good years ago but since then better stuff has come out.
 
I'll have to say I did enjoy ON's whey protein vice tried vanilla and chocolate. Chocolate > vanilla though. Wouldn't say protein really helped with my lifts. It's just protein supplement nothing special.
