I have been trying to find someone that I used to know many years ago... even tried one of those internet locator services to no avail.

Could anybody help me?

I have his name and approximate age. The university (med school) and year he graduated... I (believe) I even know the town that he was from.... (either that, or it was the name of the street.) GEEZE, it was like 12 years ago!

I would appreciate ANY helpful responses.

Have you tried checking with the university.
They should have an alumni association or something similar.
If you know what field of medicine he went into, there should be some sort of organization to check with.

I mean, he has a VERY uncommon last name.... what are the chances that there would be TWO people in my state with that EXACT NAME?!

I fully expected him to be living in another state....

Actually, the thing that I fear the most is that it WON'T be him... then I will be back to square one.

I will finish my turkey and eggs, then if I don't puke, I will call the number listed.... I will let you all know how it turns out.

This guy was only one of the few decent men who I had EVER dated.. I did break his heart. We were never intimate, though not because I didn't want to, it was because HE cared too much for me... I was so young and stupid. God, I just want to tell him that I have often thought very fondly of him over the years and how much of an impression he made on me..... He truly only wanted what was best for me and I was to into self-loathing to see it... I also wanted to apologize for a comment that I made to him in front of some friends... He probably won't remember, but I have carried it with me for thirteen years.

I know this will seem REALLY STUPID, BUT he was wearing a madras jacket that I thought was absolutely HIDEOUS and I let him know about it. I told him that if he wanted to wear the jacket, fine, but just not when he was with me. TALK ABOUT IMMATURE AND SHALLOW.... Now I know that if people who care about YOU TRULY CARE ABOUT YOU, your exterior doesn't mean DIDDLY DO - it is about what is on the INSIDE.

God.... what if is IS HIM?!?!??!?!
