Peronal Trainer Qualification?

alright, im sure this question has been asked before. but im trying to get a job at a local gym as a floor attendant. but i would much rather be a personal trainer, cuz thats what im gonna go to college for in the long run. is there any way to get a qualification so i can work as a personal trainer?

You can get certs at a ton of different schools.....it's just that if you can get enrolled through a gym, they'll usually reimburse you. Otherwise it's about $100-$200 investment on your part per cert.

ask your gym what they require. they may have a list of certs that they accept. chances are CPR cert, 1 national cert, and possibly going through their in house training.
