I hope to bench 405x3 this afternoon, but I'm just a scrawny 200 lbs right now.

Pretty solid numbers. Sadly, I weigh 217 at 19 years old and 5'8". I'm about 15-18% bf. Bulking. But I can't bench nearly that much. Havent done flat before incline in a while.

trust me, with those stats as your muscles mature, you will get much much much stronger. I am twice your age and have doubled in strength easily...best of luck.

thats impressive MM...it took me to get to 245# to get into the 405 range...i havent settled down enogh in the gym to start going that heavy again...i do have respectable lifts still and will recruit w/o partners occassionally, but they usually dont want anything to do with my routines...im at 225# now which is easy for me to maintain...225# on my bike is still very heavy and im not really into to trying to be a meathead anymore at 250#...i like 230-235# and the strength that comes with it...but @ that size my racing leathers are too tight and i cant move around on the bike as well- slower reactions and i pump up way too much...

Thanks PBR, I try to go heavy every 2 weeks, I went to 215 once but mostly water weight due to previously "legal" supps. I am happy I kept most of my strength. 250 is HUGE, I always think that someone about 225 is the perfect size.

<~~~That's me in the avatar, fwiw.

39 years old, lifting off & on ~20 years.

6', 245 lbs, no idea on BF. 18 1/2" arms

Lifelong natural, no "enhancements" ;)

I know I ain't much to compare to some of the monsters that wander about these parts, but I've worked my ass off for what I have and I'm proud of it. :)

Heavy in the fall, winter and spring, not too much in the summer. More running and biking in the heat.
