Perfect Test/Deca/Winny cycle?

I'm 41, 5'9 175 lbs and 10% bf...
I've run AAS on and off for 12 years and my usual cycle is Test + Winny. I have bad joints and bad back due to years of MX, surfing, muay thai and lifting. My goals are to put on solid weight with the lean fitness look.
I want to add Deca for the joint benefit and I've had great results from my usual cycle (test c + win).
My diet is pretty solid, mostly chicken, steak, veggies and 1 shake in afternoon.
Can anyone suggest the right way to cycle test c, deca and "the win"?
Or a better stack for my profile?

Thanks for the insight..
I can see how I've been mislead that Deca is a remedy for my joints. My question is now.. how misleading is it? What benefit would it have for me vs why not to use deca for my creaky ankles and knees (pros/cons)?
 
deca comes along with so many sides... its not worth it... you are misled on the real effectiveness it has for joints... what are your goals from the cycle???
 
I'd like to change/ upgrade my cycle from the one I've been running.. test c + winny + PCT. I like the stack, it does good for me but I think I can improve with a different combo. I am an athlete and I cross train with BB and muay thai. However I am not a bodybuilder my goals are more for a fitness model. I'd like to add another 10 lbs with a lean finished look during and after my cycle.
I run my cycles for 12 weeks/ 8 weeks off. I've considered Tren but I see too many conflicting opinions on its harshness.
 
for the goals you have deca needs to be eradicated from your mind permanently... i would consider a test, masteron, primo cycle and possibly even incorporating anavar on the back end... or you could do test and masteron with a tbol kickstart and run anavar on the back end... one or the other would align with the goals you have... since your body fat is at the number it needs to be to run masteron effectively, i would take advantage of that...
 
I have used anavar before... actually my last cycle was
test c (wk 1-12)
anavar (wk 1-6)
Winny (wk 6-12)

So I'm intrigued by the addition of Masteron. In your opinion, how could I fit Tren into that stack. Everyone is either "in love" with Tren or complains about "t-cough" but cant deny its effectiveness.

deca is overrated when it comes to joints. it did nothing for me at all and i ran the stuff at 300-400mg a week.

what did help me was my DIET. i started eating a lot of fresh fish, olive oil, cage free eggs. stopped trying to show off at the gym doing 90%+ reps. and now my joints are 100% cured. obviously what you said about your other activities are gonna effect your joints, so you need to give the body a break. when i go fishing I take the next day off from the gym, fishing is brutal and especially the way i fish which is sight fishing and a lot of chasing, swimming, stalking of the fish. so learn to listen to the body especially at your age and you will slowly get better
