There's like 50g protein (ix whey) per serving in the box variety, so the bottles are likely very close if not the same.

For $3/bottle they're damn expensive compared to some other good MRPs, but if you're sick as shit of the thick chocolate/vanilla/strawberry selections then it might be worth it to ya. Buy it boxed or in the 3lb container and knock it down to under $2/serving.

They are expensive, but they rock! My body seems to absorb this protein the best out of all that ive tried. Plus i drink more protein cause they are hassle free.

I tried the Alpine flavored one and i thought it was gross. It smelled and tasted like warm jello before you put it in the refrig. But hey, if you like them more power to ya! Keep up the training
