Peptides?

Hi All,
Maybe this is the wrong place for this, but you dont know if you dont ask...
I am 48 and consider myself an intermediate lifter, lifting for the last 5 years-consistantly. I do it cuz I like being strong and it makes me feel good and look good.
So this last year has not been the best. Been plagued with (I think) inflammation in both elbows and shoulders.
I have had PT and have also been to Illinois Pain Clinic, not much succus.
So I am researching and I am looking at GHRP6 to try to get rid of this crap and get on with my life and lifting.
Could any of you advize me on this, would you be willing to?
If anybody wants more details, just ask and I will reply as best I can.
thanks

do let us know on what you discover in your researches on GHRP6.

I dont want to sound like a nut here but I had alot of tendon issues and didt lift for about 5 years. The rear of my elbows(tri insertions) were excruciating. I figured I had tendonitis all to hell. Rotators too. I started going to deep tissue/accupressure massage weekly. It took a few months but it really helped. All my major muscles allover my body were riddled with knots. huge knots. Which means super tight muscles yanking the shit out of your tendons and causing you lots of pain. Accupressure helped bring bloodflow back to the tendons. Turns out I didnt have tendonitis. Just severely stretched out and strained tendons. I still need to go once in a while because things tighten up.
You sound kinda like you may be actually having tendon issues as Iliftbig suggested. You can try what I did but IF you do have tendon issues your best bet for a cure is prolotherapy. Google it. That way it WILL fix your tendons and you dont have to stop training while your having treatment.

Now if its a joint issue, not connective tissue then low dose deca as these guys mentioned would be a start. I agree that you should get all the tests done to figure out exactly what is going on.
One thing I can recommend that seems to have helped me too is Cissus Quadralingulis. It will help With joints and connective tissue. It will take a month or two to build up in your body. To get the maximum benefits you can take about 4-6 times the recommended dose daily. Its perfectly safe. Buying the raw powder form is way cheaper. You can cap it yourself or mix it with O.J. but its pretty vile tasting.
Also for joints (not tendons) you could research alflutop. Thats cheap also and can be gotten on e-bay. But thats daily injections for 21 days.
Hope any of that helps:D

Hey this is just a big shout out to all you guys for taking your time to provide advice based on your own experiences. You all dont know how much I appreciate it.
I have had a really strange thing happen recently. I had realized that the pain is mostly gone right now so I have been looking back over my workout notes to see what I am doing diff.
I have yet again changed the lifts in my workout, and I have also quit the vitamin regimen.
But also as I look back I see that there was accupuncture and lots of stretching-mobility work.
Well anyway to make a long story short, pain overall is nearly gone, shoulders good just a little bit there. Elbows nothing at all finally. Knees...well still the same, old, not good to start with and beat up. But overall I am hugly improved.
Am still researching CJC-1295 and IGF-1 LR-3 just for my own longevity.
Am also looking into the Cissus and Alflutop.
Just one more time tho, you are all a great bunch of peeps and I am glad to me associated with all of you on this site.
Regards adn THANKS!

Hey all, Bringing this back to life.
Been off lifting for several weeks now and getting pain back in my shoulders, hmmmm go figure. However elbows all good so far. Have been doing Cissus since April. Dont really know if it is helping or not but it has huge amount of other good qualities so will keep taking it, 6400 mg/day-I make my own caps.
Thanks to one of the posters here I sent my blood spot tests in for my labs. Waiting for the results.
Like I said been off lifting for several weeks due to time management issues, but also thought a break might be in order. Also am on Etodolac. Was taking 400mg/day now on 200mg/day. After I am done with this script will not continue with them.
After I get my results back from the lab and their advice as to what to do, and get that all squared away I have some of NeedTo's products that Im gonna try and see what happens. Will mots likely include Deca at that time. Am curious to see if the Lab recommends HGH or IGF, am hoping so.

Thanks for the update zedhed, Im also curious to see your lab work...I think I was the one who suggested it
I'll check it to see the results

Hey Varga, Long time no hear!
As soon as I get it I will put the numbers up.

I am thinking that my shoulder pain and prev elbow pain are due to impingment. I am thinking this because somewhere I read that for healthy shoulders you should 50 disslocates 2x day. Well I have been doing this and I am noticing that my pain is diminishing. I do the dissocations with a Jump Stretch band or a Blue Thera Band.

When I start out on the disslocates the shoulder are pretty sore and stiff, but by around 10 of them I loosen up and they start to feel pretty good.

GoinOn, so how is your shoulder and what was wrong with it? did you get it diagnosed?
