How the fuck do you do it. I met a girl from Toronto last week here in Sydney on a working holiday. It was a mild day, only 28 (82 F), and she was sweating.

she told me that when she left Toronto it was -30. Doesn't your blood freeze at those sort of temperatures.

I'm shivvering here when it gets to 17 (62 F) which is the middle of winter.

I can't live without sun and heat.

Yeah it sucks ass. I'm from Miami and I'm in cold climates now and after many years here, I still am not used to it. It truly blows. Nobody loves cold crappy weather, but to me, it's just the worst. The day I live somewhere again where it never gets below the 60s, I will be very happy. I think its around 20F here now, which is pretty damn cold as far as I'm concerned. Maybe not -30 (which is insane) but cold enough.

Nah. It gets in the 70s in the winter. 60s now and again.

Ibiza. Not too familiar with it, but it sounds exotic and warm. Lucky bastard

It's an island off the East Coast of Spain. Famous for it's clubbing during the Summer. Thousands from Europe descend there in Summer to party.

Ahh yeah, spain. That sounds right. Yep I have heard it's quite the place as well. I might have even known a fella that went there, or met a fella. Can't remember exactly.

Me thinks with wind-chill it hit -27 sometime today. Once it gets past -20 you actually feel physical pain on any exposed skin, mind you i am quite manly so I only whimper and cry for like the first couple minutes, which is considerably less than most people aboot these parts.

At around -25, You can also see some homeless peeps frozen solid in there sleeping bags at that point, urine icicles and all. If you find one before the police do, you can respectfully mold him into all sorts of funny poses and expressions and take pictures with him and such. Good times.

Although the cold sucks some serious proverbial ass, as a advantage if you can get to the roof of the CN tower, feverently masturbate and blow your pink volcano off the top. Your ejaculatory discharge will solidify multiple times from the uprising winds until it hits terminal splurge velocity, and at that point there is no stopping it. The frozen facial will render small people unconscious, destroy small foreign cars and make class 2 impact craters. This is just one of the reasons that account for me now being banned from visiting there for life.
 
I grew up in NY where we had real winters. Not usually too bad, but spring was always welcome to warm us up again. But, I've been in FL for 15 yrs. now and I've become a complete wimp when it comes to temperatures. We've been having more than enough days and nights here below 50 and I'm ready for 92 again! When it's cold out and hubby's not home, I get the heat up between 78 and 80. He's more comfortable around 74 but that's too chilly for me. He keeps telling me to put more clothes on. I leave for Boston in a couple of weeks...guess I'll have to cave in and dress in layers. :bawling:
 
Late November of last year, I went white water rafting in the Ottawa / Quebec river for two days. Parts of the lake were frozen and I was often paddling near mini ice bergs. That was uber cold. Plus my ghetto ass 0.5 cm wetsuit didn't do shit for heat. During the 6 hour duration of the trip my penis retracted so much that it actually got concaved back into my body, and for awhile there from a medical standpoint, I biologically had a fully functional vagina. Beat that.
 
How do you handle cold weather? You get used to it!!! Plus you are wearing warm ass clothing!!!

I grew up in International Falls Minnesota!! Often the coldest place int he continental USA!!! You learn to dress warm. You wear warm ass clothes outside. You know your limits. And you learn how to start the car 10 min before you have to leave, so its nice and toasty when you get in!!! I think you are underestimating clothes!!! If you come from a warm climate, you are probably not going to own the type of clothes we owned. For instance to go to school on a cold ass dark -20 degree farenheit January morning, you would wear long underwear, jeans, snowpants, thick wool socks, boots, long sleeved underwear t-shirt, regular shirt, big ol thick coat, mittens, thick wool felt hat, wool muffler. Add to that running around at the bus stop, and heck you were almost sweating when the bus came.

But let me tell you there is NOTHING better than a cold, crisp, clear, winter night...when all the stars are out, the air is silent, the ground is white...it makes me happy just to think about it :) Don't get many of them in Seattle, it rarely gets below freezing here :(
 
Grit I can think of something better...Spending Christmas in my shorts and Sandals, neither whom I'vie worn since Oct when I came to this cold ass place...Sitting on the beach in Dec Sipping a Margarita and enjoying the sun, or Sailing and enjoying both...

I would gladly Pass up all this snow and ice, for 100+ degrees 100%+ Humidity.

Bring on the Heat and Humidity.

I have only ever seen snow twice in my life and that was in Europe. Couldn't wait to get back to the sun of Sydney.

If i have to wear more than a light shirt, it's waaaay to cold for me.

I grew up in cold weather and moved to a warmer climate in large part do to the weather. I'm from Connecticut and it's been really cold there this year. Many days from 28F to sub zero days. I'm living in Atlanta and it's been fairly mild this winter. It's supposed to be in the 60's all week and we've had a days in the 70's this winter. I don't regret the move one bit.
 
I'm back from Boston. OMG I truly feel for you people who have to live in the cold! One day it was 14f...about 10 below with the wind chill factor. I'm SO GLAD to be back in FL!!! It's gonna be in the low 80's here today. It's so nice to not have to bundle up and dress in layers. I'm even appreciating the humidity. Now...where are my shorts and sandals?

It was around -45 fucking degrees here last night. With windchill.

One of the coldest winters we've had in years.

We get both extremes here.......very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter.

Yup it's 86 right now and feels like 88 with the heat index. Our winter officially ended a few weeks ago.
 
This fucking sucks hairy donkey balls man! I went to the gym last night, hit the sheets, and woke up this morning to another footer of whiter shit! You gotta be fucking kidding me! Can I please rewind time to three weeks ago when I was basking in the 90 degree Belizean sun? PLLLLLEAAAAASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On a side note regarding beating pussy...now, is beating pussy with a stiff shlong good or bad? Just so I know :D
 
I don't think you ever get used to the cold weather. I live in northern Ontario and it's been -30 plus for 2 months now. I tell you it fucking depressing. Anyone from Costa Rica want a roomate?
 
you get used to it.

I am originally from sunny Queensland, and now live in Norway. Yes, the cold weather does suck ass, but you do get used to it, and skiing certainly helps.

One thing is for sure though, the Scandi girls do go on heat around May, and stay that way until late September....happy days
