i guess i was blessed...
50 pounds of muscle first 3 years training.

I agree to an extent, no matter how shitty your genetics, if you juice, then you should at least look like you work out, and many on here dont

I agree. When you look around you see a lot of people who have not mastered how to eat properly (judging by their bodies). All of your results come from you diet!
When I am off I outgrow most of the guys at my gym. A lot of them are on massive amounts of test too. Its all from how I eat.
For me it took a few years of constantly reading books, magazines and doing online searches to learn as much as I could about bodybuilding. I waited until I was 27 and dropped my body fat from almost 30% to 5% before I touched AAS. I am by no means one of the better built guys on this site. I use small amounts twice a year at most. I have been up to 250lbs below 10% and only on 500mgs of test. Its all the diet.
The more you talk to the pro's and hear what they eat and when they eat and why you will start to understand the difference between us and them is not massive amounts of AAS (in some cases it is) its diet!

My genetics sucked when i started at 18, i made small steps with Cybergenics,Muscle mix,And a bunch of other crap needless to say it was a lonnngggg road but i kept with it, then When I got hold of those lugwigs (dbol) in my 30's BAM! I had build a foundation over the yrs i packed on 22 lbs and completely changed my looks and just one bottle of 100 pills! Potent lil suckers!
Don't know what was in those things but man i wish they still made em.

My contest pic of me in my late 40's says the rest!

Impressive physique for any age-even more so for a late 40 something. I still think Cybergenics played a major role in your success :p I remember their ads too well. A friend of mine was in one of their infamous before/after shots. It was a shot of him and another guy in the before photo, and the after photo was of him and a completely different guy(but similar looking) from the before pics. What a scam. But I must give cred to Cybergenics for being great at marketing their product back then. Plus anyone that could actually follow that diet and training routine of their's was bound to get some kind of results. I think the most effective part of Cybergenics was that it was so expensive that it probably made people train and diet better so they'd get their money's worth.

alot of guys on message boards post up pics and they been on gear but 95% of the time they dont look how they should. they look better then your average man but look under develloped, if your running gear surely you should have a advanced phisque with good level of mass, cuts and low bodyfat in correlation to your height - is this down to gentics , bad training , diet?

I have to agree and disagree with you on certain points. I want to start by saying when people hear anything having to do with juice, take for example your average gym beginner, they automatically think that you supposed to look like a pro bodybuilder. Juice doesn't work like that. Because someone is on gear doesn't mean they will look like Ronnie, and alot of peope have that misconception. Secondly, yes there are people who cycle gear and shouldn't be. I had a friend a few years back stacking two or more drugs and wouldn't gain more then 5lbs. It barely looked like he worked out. Eating and training have alot to do with it.

Most never put any time into training naturally and building a foundation. That's why they never have a physique. Genetics is an even bigger factor than drugs, diet, ets. I have trained with guys who killed themselves and they never changed even they ate good. I'm just glad that I'm not one of those that is afflicted with terrible genetics.

Lets see some pics shit talker!

i am only observing what i see, if someone looks good, hats off, i want to be the best that i can and learn, i aint talking olympian standard but someone whos at a stage where they are using gear to suppliment there training you would expect them to have a physque which is advanced with good mass level , cuts and low bodyfat, something that will make you sit up take notice that the training and gear is all worthwile- but too many people i see who are on gear look totaly underdevloped.

LOL..

even posting this should get you banned.

if you dont even have a basic understanding of genetics and all the issues associated with gear.. dont make stupid fucking threads like this.

SO what you're saying is if someonme doesnt have great genetics.. they shouldnt even try?

You DO realize that response to gear is TOTALLY dependent on genetics... DONT YOU?
