I don't know about stupid! But this thread does bring up some interesting points, I'll offer advice if asked but i'm sure not going to walk up to say someone in the gym and say "dude! You're doing that wrong"
But if he approaches me i'm more than happy to sit down and discuss training, diet , & rest!

Exactly! Most people tend to take your advice as a slap in the face, I am always more than happy to help anyone who approaches me with sincerity. If they don't listen to my advice I don't waste my breath anymore though.

You guys have to also take into consideration something..The "average person" image changes drastically the longer you spend in a gym. What i mean is... To me, my friends in the gym that are like 6'4 and ripped to me are "normal" because to me, MY vision of the average man isn't the fat typical modern American fatty porked out on his couch watching King of Queens reruns all day. These people however, to the vast majority of the world that doesn't really stay active, look like gods, and a pro BB like Dennis James would make their heads explode.

I think the original poster suffers from this and doesn't realize it. Just cause you know a lot about things and take gear doesn't mean you should look like a juiced to the gills modern day pro BB. There's a big difference between doing nothing at all in life but having to be a pro BB and just eat train and sleep all day and spend thousands in gear yearly, and just being a normal everyday guy who happens to juice and doesnt have the genetics of the pro BB monsters either.

I guarantee the masses on this board, wether you think they look like crap or not, in reality look a lot better than 90% of the average American.

WELL SAID!!....VERY TRUE!!

Burning inside, why do you presume that it's only Americans on this board?? I know most are,but not all of us are. Some of you Americans think your the only people in the world. Now don't get me wrong,I admire a lot about America, but you should remember, your not the only ones on here!!!!

Knowledge, diet, discipline, and lifestyle all have a huge role in this. I mean the guys who go out and get sloppy drunk every week-end while letting their diets slip will undoubtedly hit a brick wall when it comes to progress. You have to do a lot of things right to get good results, but some people don't want to deal with all that. They just want to take gear to make up for being sloppy.

The "90% of the average American" gave it away just a bit.
You entirely missed the point, he meant it collectively. By the way, we are the fattest nation ever (still want to be included).

Exactly, I think even if you took the amount of fat in everyone in China Vs. the amount of fat on every American, even tho China has way more people than we do, we would still over-fat them when the tally comes in.

Another factor to keep in mind is how long a person has been at it FOR REAL and what that has taught them. A guy who has never touched juice but has been eating pretty good and lifting pretty good and learning for 10 years straight will look better than a guy who just started working out a year ago and just did his first cycle. Thats partly because a good foundation helps a lot...but its more about knowledge of yourself I think. The thing that always stands out to me is experience. Everyone with a good physique on EF has been at it for a long time and has really learned how food, lifting and gear effects their individual body.
