People in here take gear but still look crap!! genitics, bad training, diet?

alot of guys on message boards post up pics and they been on gear but 95% of the time they dont look how they should. they look better then your average man but look under develloped, if your running gear surely you should have a advanced phisque with good level of mass, cuts and low bodyfat in correlation to your height - is this down to gentics , bad training , diet?
 
I agree totally with you.Could be any number of reasons I guess??? You do know though,that posting something like that,you will be expected to show pictures of yourself,to see if you are any better.A kind of put up or shut up type of thing!!!! LOL.
 
i have a friend who knows more about gear/training/dieting than anybody on the boards.

he does 2g a week and still cant grow.
his training is spot on, and he eats right.

you ask why?

GENETICS!!!!

ultimately, thats what it comes down to.
thats why i wont bash anybody even if theyre up to 5g a week.

I was gonna say that I have seen very few physiques on elite that were "very impressive" much less pro bodybuilder quality even though these people spent thousands on gear. I was gonna say that diet is a bigger factor then people want to admit to why thier physiques are up to the monetary expendatures people have been putting in.

But many people on gear are into PL and maybe not necessarily into bodybuilding

The third factor is to ditto satch , genetics
 
My genetics sucked when i started at 18, i made small steps with Cybergenics,Muscle mix,And a bunch of other crap needless to say it was a lonnngggg road but i kept with it, then When I got hold of those lugwigs (dbol) in my 30's BAM! I had build a foundation over the yrs i packed on 22 lbs and completely changed my looks and just one bottle of 100 pills! Potent lil suckers!
Don't know what was in those things but man i wish they still made em.

It also depends on your goals, if your a powerlifter or compete in any other sport, then it doesnt matter how you look. As far as how your bodies built, theres not a whole lot you can do if you have shitty genetic, even with drugs you can only work with in a certian range for your body; testosterone levels, protien assimiliation, muscle bellies, joint structures and so on.

Impatients is the main reason you see alot of people using gear who would probably be alright with out it. If you think about it, for most of us, we are trying to get from point A to point B as fast as possible. There are a few who are the exception, that have totally tap there genetic limit prior to juicing.

I totally agree. I know guys that take enough juice to kill an elephant and they still barely even look like they workout. I also know a handfull of guys that rarely go over 400mgs a week and they look fantastic.

In addidtion to genetics, a person's lifestyle outside of the gym can play an equally important role in their appearance. Getting 8+ hrs of sleep a night and having the discipline/ job/lifestyle/ that allows you to eat properly throughout the day are critical factors many people don't place enough emphasis on.

Training methods and training intensity are also important. It takes time and objectivity to really dial in what will give you the desired results. Some guys never go heavy and still have decent size. Then there are other guys that need to push the heavier weights to achieve any sort of thickness at all. You also need to have the energy and drive to train to failure. For guys that are lazy and/or can't train to failure, generally their results will not be as dramatic as they could be if they did.

The problem is that most guys start juicing before they've made any real natural gains on their own. For them, juicing is nothing more than compensation for their lack of discipline and knowledge. New muscle is so easy to spot. Unrefined muscle groups and unbalanced physiques are a dime a dozen these days. I notice quite a few guys in their 40's that look like this because they're on age reversal therapy. For about $1500 a month their Dr gets them on 4iu's GH/day and 100-200mgs of Test/wk-which is a total rip off in my book, but it's totally legal and the stuff they're getting is 100% real. They walk around the gym like they're king kong too-just like the roid puppy 18 yr old kid on his 1st cycle.

Look at me my name is RADAR....Im damn near pefect!!!....Pfft...You and your damn genes....I hate you for that..

But i guess im in the same boat...It took about 12 years of training and research...experimenting to get to know my body to get here!!
