I believe the statistics are that 50% of the entire world's population are ASSCLOWNS... Georgia may have a higher ratio of ASSCLOWNS to the general population of ... say... Chicago or LA... but the numbers are about 50%...

Also, it was a civilian who reported all this in the first place.

Actually the FBI reported that they have "conclusive and solid leads" on this case.

Being better safe than sorry? So if I called the police on you and said that you were a terrorist, you wouldn't mind being detained and interrogated for 18 hours? That seems to be a HUGE price to "feel" safe.

As for Georgia being just like every other state...well...I have lived in the south and the only other states that might have people on the "slower" side might be South Carolina and Mississippi.
