Peanut Butter- why natural

I'll agree with Enock on this one to a point. The oils added are not significant, but I would avoid PB with sugar and/or salt added. No one I know of needs additional salt or sugar in their diet. My favorite brand of crunchy has peanuts and oil in it. If you want to sweeten it then have it with honey or on a slice of apple.
