Peanut butter in shakes ?

it might slow down the absorption of the whey so if you do add pb try to make sure your shake is right after ur workout, if you delay ur p/w shake then go with a whey
 
I add peanut butter to my shakes sometimes. I usually put it in my morning shake when I do and yes, I do the chocolate and peanut butter too, yummy!!
 
you dont want pb w/ slin... too much fat. You need pure simple carbs.
 
Dude! Whole milk + a scoop of Chocolate protein powder + a shitload of natty PB + a banana = HEAVEN. Hopefully when you do this you're bulking though...
