peanut butter diet results

For those who always whine about the reason threads turn ugly when I answer a question, here is your answer - personal attacks.

Chip
You fit into the too lazy to create their own diet category. All of my meals take less than 2 minutes to make (except eggs). Am I special, no - I just spent a little energy researching my diet.

Oh really now. That is a blatent comment. Too lazy huh. I beg to differ. I use the peanut butter diet to pack on muscle mass while I lose my fat. I am too damn tired to think about cooking when I am in ketosis. I train harder than 99% of all lifters. I am dead tired after every workout.

The ketogenic diet works better for me than any other type of diet. I don't use it that much either. My body adapts fast to dieting. I put on muscle VERY fast.

Any last respect I had for you is completely gone now. You shouldn't judge others by the diet they use. What works for me will NOT WORK FOR YOU.

Your rediculous.

You basically say a person isn't disciplined on a anpb diet. That is so far from the truth.

I find the anpb diet to be the hardest discipline there is. Go ahead and try it. It is not easy. And then again the carb load is the hardest part.

Your pathetic to call me lazy. Anyone who does any type of keto diet has BALLS in my book. Your so called diets that have carbs are easy.

Carb loading and eating 10,000 cals in 36 hours is NO EASY TASK. That is part of the diet. You can't just go with the no carb phase. That is only part of it.

So, you're saying you are disciplined because you are able to stuff yourself with 10k calories in 36hrs? Silly me, I thought discipline was restricting calories for diet purposes - learn something new everyday. Next thing I'll learn is that I can lose fat by stuffing myself with 10lbs of mac & cheese per day. lol

Just goes to show you know very little about carb loading. That is part of all keto diets if you want to gain muscle. Your actually going to be writing a book about dieting and don't know this.

Like I said you couldn't handle the carb load phase. I know how hard it is to put more food in your stomache than will fit in there. There is very little fat being consumed durring the carb up. I think many on here would agree if they ate this.

Meals 1-4 120 grams dextrose,20 grams glutamine
Meals 5-8 6 servings instant mashed potatos,20 grams whey,5 grams glutamine
Meals 9-12 4 servings corn flakes,2 cups carb countdown,10 grams whey,5 grams glutamine.

I didnt right down the rest because it gets smaller and therefore much easier on the stomache. Remember every meal is taken 2 hours apart. Getting up in the middle of the night to eat as well. By the time your on your 3rd meal of potatos your in pain as your still very full from the last one.

I know of at least two other regulars on this board who are having a heck of a time eating enough to gain right now. I am also in their boat as well. I am actually having much harder as I am eating low fat and bulking on carbs. Clean carbs take alot of volume in the stomache. Like I said do any keto diet and then do the carb load. The carb load is the hardest part as it is the most painful part.

I

I wasn't going to respond to this anymore but I just couldn't help myself as you prove you know nothing about this.

Why not incorporate the above-mentioned jelly diet into the peanut butter diet. Then you can stuff your face with PB&J.

Really, I don't blame the authors for creating crazy diets like this. They're just giving the people what they want - yet another gimmick diet so the dieter can feel they took some step towards losing fat. When it doesn't work, they can blame the diet and say they tried.

You keep ignoring the facts.

I guess you think dan duchaine bodyopus didn't work either. At least Duchaine was kind enough to give me lots of tips for free before he passed away. He didnt charge me either. Thats right you were in 7th grade then. I hate to say it but keto diets do work if you follow it correctly. Most people don't follow them 100% correctly. It took a few times to perfect it. Did you also know you can gain a fair amount of muscle mass while losing fat on it? I know because both my wife and I have and keep on doing so. The refeed is the muscle gaining part if you have the WILL to eat while your in pain.

I am done responding to anything you say. It is pointless even speaking to you. Nobody on this message board takes you seriously and neither do I. I know what works and how it works. All diets work if you do it correctly. You on the other hand only know how to diet one way, because every other diet you have done has failed. So in other words, you don't know how to do the other diets as YOU DONT HAVE THE DISCIPLINE TO DO SO.

You also stated in one of your posts that you don't want to put on my muscle. I call TOTAL BS. You only say that because YOU CANT put on more mass. You dont have the DEDICATION or the know how to put on more mass.

Your the only one on here that I laugh out loud at. No wonder nobody believes a thing you say. After all you say something doesn't work, when in fact I KNOW IT WORKS FROM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.

SOrry but your not going to convince me that shit tastse good. Your not in grade school anymore kid.

This is my last post as I have proven my point and you havent.

if ya'll are arguing about whether keto works, which it seems like chipvideo is saying, then I would have to agree with him. I think that the peanut butter diet is not the best idea because I believe you need food, and the vitamins and minerals which come from food, because it seems you can't get everything from ANPB, even with supplements. Keto works great if you follow the strict guidelines and it really isn't that hard to cook meals.

Just wanted to express my thoughts on what I read from your arguments.
